Why I Started Nexa
I kept seeing the same pattern across Irish small and medium businesses, which was capable owners running solid companies while being pulled into constant interruptions and repetitive admin. The work itself was not complex, but it was relentless, and it quietly limited growth. Calls went unanswered, follow ups slipped, and key information lived in inboxes instead of structured systems.
At the same time, AI was being marketed in a way that felt disconnected from reality. The conversation focused on disruption and transformation, while business owners were still losing hours every week to manual processes. I saw a gap for something more grounded, which was AI implemented with commercial discipline and operational clarity.
Nexa exists to close that gap. I build AI systems that reduce friction, improve responsiveness, and create breathing room for owners to focus on growth.
